1. General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions (hereinafter "Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the okbaj platform and its operator (hereinafter "okbaj", "we", or "the Company") and any registered or unregistered user (hereinafter "you", "user", or "member").

okbaj is an online betting and gaming platform operated for players in Bangladesh. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to comply with all provisions of these Terms.

Key Definitions

• "Platform" means the okbaj website, mobile version, and all associated services.
• "Account" means a user's personal registered profile on the platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional reward, free bet, or additional credit offered by okbaj.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

okbaj's services are for users aged 21 and above only. You must confirm your actual age at the time of registration. okbaj may request identity documents for age verification at any time.

2.2 Single Account

Each user may create only one account. If a person is found to hold multiple accounts, those accounts may be closed and the associated funds forfeited. Family members may use separate accounts from the same device or network, but must obtain prior permission from okbaj.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

The information you provide at registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date. Providing false or inaccurate information may result in account suspension or closure.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details secure. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the okbaj support team immediately.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

okbaj accepts deposits and withdrawals only through specific mobile banking methods. The main terms relating to payments are set out below.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

okbaj currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Deposits or withdrawals through any method other than these three are not accepted.

Before processing a withdrawal request, okbaj may carry out the following verifications: identity verification, confirmation of the deposit method, and proof that wagering requirements have been met. Withdrawal funds are generally returned via the same method used for the deposit.

3.4 Deposit Responsibility

You confirm that the funds you are depositing have been legally obtained and belong to you. Depositing using a third party's account is strictly prohibited.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

okbaj provides bonuses and promotional offers to players from time to time. The main terms relating to bonuses are set out in this section.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive an additional ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳32,000 or more, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 and your total balance will be ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times, applied only to the bonus amount, not to the deposited amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

• A bonus can only be used once and cannot be transferred to another person.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.
• okbaj reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus promotion at any time.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the okbaj platform is governed by the rules set out in this section.

5.1 Right to Cancel Bets

okbaj reserves the right to cancel bets in cases of technical errors, incorrect odds, or other unusual circumstances. In such cases, the staked amount will be refunded.

5.2 Manipulation and Fraud

Any form of manipulation, bets related to match-fixing, automated betting using software, or exploiting platform vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and the associated funds may be forfeited.

5.3 Technical Interruptions

If a bet or game is interrupted mid-way due to loss of internet connection or other technical issues, the data stored on the okbaj server will be considered final.

6. VIP Programme and Loyalty Rewards

Regular okbaj players can join the VIP programme. The programme has four tiers, and weekly cashback is provided at each tier.

VIP tier changes are based on your overall activity on the platform. The more active you are at a higher tier, the sooner you can move to the next one. okbaj publishes VIP terms separately and those terms are also considered part of these Terms.

7. Fair Use and Prohibited Activities

To maintain the security and fairness of the okbaj platform, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the service or attempting to hack it.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Opening an account using a false identity or someone else's identity.
• Abusing the bonus system or engaging in bonus arbitrage.
• Spreading defamatory or false information about okbaj.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

okbaj may request identity documents for account verification purposes. This information will be used solely for identity confirmation and fraud prevention.

9. Responsible Gaming

• If needed, you can temporarily suspend or self-exclude your account.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

okbaj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Prolonged account inactivity.
• Connection to illegal activity.

Users may also close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Before an account is closed, any active balance and winnings from completed wagering requirements may be withdrawn.

11. Limitation of Liability

okbaj does not accept liability in the following cases:

• Interruption to betting activity due to the user's internet connection issues.
• Delays or issues with third-party payment services.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government directives, major technical failures).
• Loss caused by the user's own error or negligence.

okbaj always strives to ensure fair play and transparent service, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any service.

12. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, you must first contact the okbaj support team. We take all complaints seriously and aim to resolve them promptly.

13. Changes to Terms

okbaj reserves the right to change or update these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes where possible. Continued use of the platform after any change to the Terms will be considered acceptance of the new Terms. We therefore recommend visiting this page regularly.

14. Final Provisions

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. A failure by okbaj to exercise any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
